Meet and Greet opportunities, autograph sessions, clinics and seminars, along with special land events are all possible on a theme cruise. (A charter is not required).

• Rate negotiation to get you the best value
• Contract processing – serve as your liaison with the venue throughout the contract process
• Consultation – Help you evaluate and recommend the best options for your events
• Ship Inspection – We will help coordinate a site visit or cruise inspection on your behalf.
• Cruise line and travel staff charges apply if applicable
• Financials – We will submit invoices and handle your event related payments to the cruise line
• Room /Dining Assignments – We can assist you in the assignment process if necessary
• Documents – We will forward your rooming list to the cruise line, quality control check the cruise line manifest before cruise tickets are available on-line in for your guests to print at home
